At Gerteis, it is a valued tradition that each department organizes its own team event once a year. We firmly believe that exceptional results require exceptional teams – and exceptional teams do not develop on their own.
This year, our Automation Department took on the challenge of hiking around Mount Mythen, one of Switzerland’s most iconic and distinctive mountains. Steep trails, fresh mountain air, and shared experiences that will be remembered for a long time to come.
For us, days like these are not simply a perk – they are an integral part of our company culture. We consciously invest in spending time together because we know that the bonds that unite a team are the same ones that carry it through demanding projects.
